We are looking for you to join Helios as soon as possible as a consultant in the field of technical quality assurance - focus on hospital operations (m/f/d) - throughout Germany

• Performing the supervisory function vis-à-vis the external FM service providers in our hospitals
• Regular quality auditing of the external service to ensure operator obligations / compliance assurance
• Interface communication – cooperation with medical technology, hygiene, fire protection, etc. and specialist authorities
• Interesting activities and independent work

• Completed studies or master craftsman in building technology, supply or electrical engineering or a comparable qualification
• Experience ideally in hospital operations
• Communication skills (very good knowledge of German) and ability to work in a team
• Confident handling of MS Office applications
• Independent, structured and goal-oriented action and high level of commitment
• Knowledge of the use of IWMS systems and a class B driving licence
