We are looking for you as an expert client representative for Helios as soon as possible - focus on hospital construction (m/f/d) - throughout Germany

• Fulfilment of the client's function in organisational, technical and economic terms in the implementation of new buildings, conversions and renovation measures
• Central interface and representation of interests vis-à-vis architects and planners
• Securing costs, deadlines and quality across all service phases
• Interesting activities and independent work

• Completed studies in the field of civil engineering / architecture / real estate management or similar
• Ideally experience in hospital construction
• Communication skills (very good knowledge of German) and ability to work in a team
• Confident handling of MS Office applications
• Independent, structured and goal-oriented action as well as a high level of commitment
• Knowledge of the application of the HOAI and VOB and the class B driving licence
