At the Helios Park-Klinikum Leipzig we are looking for you as

Geriatric nurse (m/f/d), healthcare and nursing assistant / nurse (m/f/d) or nurse (m/f/d)

• You will be responsible for the care, supervision and monitoring of the patients entrusted to you
• Preparation and follow-up as well as assistance with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures
• Support in nursing documentation / organization and assist with the admission, transfer and discharge of patients
• Independent work in one of our nursing teams
• Patient observation and implementation of professional digital nursing documentation

• You are a trained geriatric nurse, nursing specialist, nurse, healthcare and nursing assistant, specialist healthcare and nursing assistant (m/f/d) or have a comparable professional title
• You enjoy working in a variety of specialist areas and cross-departmental collaboration
• You have a high level of professional and social competence as well as independence
• You show a sense of responsibility, commitment and team spirit
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
