For our Helios Specialist Clinics Hildburghausen, we are looking for a Senior Physician (m/f/d) for our clinics for psychiatry and psychotherapy, geriatric psychiatry and psychotherapy as soon as possible.

• In addition to general psychiatry, addiction medicine and geriatric psychiatry, the range of treatments offered by the comprehensive clinic includes a specialised area with a focus on the psychotherapeutic treatment of adults
• We treat patients from the entire spectrum of the above-mentioned areas and the overlapping areas of neurology and psychiatry with a focus on delirium treatment, dementia, pain disorders, Parkinson's-associated psychosyndromes and neuropsychosomatic clinical pictures, suicidal crises, acute stress situations, depression or anxiety disorders, trauma-related disorders and structural disorders such as borderline personality disorder
• We accompany new projects with appropriate health services research and cooperate closely with the Friedrich Schiller University Jena
• You will treat patients together with a multi-professional team and take part in the on-call service

• Enjoyment of psychiatric and psychotherapeutic treatment of patients according to a person-centered approach and work in a multi-professional team
• Solid psychiatric/psychotherapeutic training, independent of a specific therapy school, with the openness to therapeutic approaches of other directions and the goal of high-quality care for patients in the inpatient psychiatric area
• You are a specialist in psychiatry and psychotherapy or a neurologist for who, in addition to professional competence, close cooperation in a team, economic thinking and acting, a cross-departmental understanding of organization and a cooperative management style are a matter of course
• At the start of employment, you must submit an extended certificate of good conduct
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles is also required

The Helios Specialist Clinics Hildburghausen include the Clinic for Neurology, the Clinics for Psychiatry and Psychotherapy, the Clinic for Psychosomatic Medicine and Psychotherapy, the Clinic for Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, Psychosomatics and Psychotherapy as well as the Clinic for Forensic Psychiatry and Psychotherapy (forensic psychiatry in accordance with § 64 of the Criminal Code). In addition, the facility for the disabled has 50 places in accordance with SGB IX. Helios Fachkliniken Hildburghausen employs around 750 people.

The Clinic for Forensic Psychiatry and Psychotherapy consists of a closed, a semi-open and an open area and, on the legal basis of § 64 of the German Criminal Code, cares for 128 female and male inmates on 11 wards. Collegial and interdisciplinary cooperation and the rapid implementation of innovations guarantee our patients the best possible care.
