Senior physician for orthopaedics and trauma surgery (m/f/d) with a focus on shoulder surgery

• Assumption of professional responsibility in orthopaedics and trauma surgery, especially in the field of shoulder surgery, as well as co-design and further development of an innovative treatment concept
• Carrying out and co-planning complex surgical procedures in the field of shoulder surgery as well as comprehensive care of our patients before, during and after treatment
• Close cooperation with other specialist departments, therapists and nursing staff
• Participation in quality assurance, further training and implementation of new treatment methods
• Supporting and promoting our young team of doctors, as well as guiding and supervising junior doctors and training assistants
• Continuous improvement of work processes and strategic development of the department

• Completed specialist training in orthopaedics/trauma surgery
• You have extensive experience and a sound surgical spectrum in the field of shoulder surgery
• You work confidently and have solid knowledge of modern orthopaedics and trauma surgery
• You have an innovative mindset and interdisciplinary and economic action is a matter of course for you
• You are committed and reliable and are characterized by a motivated, team- and patient-oriented way of working in the clinic
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
