Specialist for cardiac surgery (m/f/d)

• Caring for cardiac surgery patients - depending on your wishes and qualifications - on the normal ward, intermediate care ward, intensive care ward, echo outpatient clinic, heart failure ward

• Performing operations as part of your work as a specialist in the field of cardiac surgery
• Caring for pre- and post-operative patients before and after heart surgery on the normal ward and monitoring ward
• Interdisciplinary collaboration with colleagues from other specialist areas
• Participation in on-call and stand-by duties
• Participation in the entire spectrum of tasks in cardiac medicine

• Successful completion of studies in human medicine and possession of a valid German license to practice medicine

• Completed further training as a specialist (f/m/d) with a focus on cardiac surgery or the requirements to register for the specialist examination
• High motivation and strong interest in the field of cardiac surgery as well as a fundamental interest in research
• Friendly and open-minded interaction with our patients and their relatives as well as a high degree of empathy
• Enjoy teamwork and an open, collegial communication style as well as good German language skills at C1 level
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
