We are looking for you as a nurse (m/f/d) for the palliative care unit as soon as possible.

• Interdisciplinary cooperation in our multi-professional team
• Holistic, independent and professional care and nursing of our patients
• Professional implementation of digital care documentation
• Implementation of expert standards and the ward's care concept
• Taking responsibility for the design of your workplace, contributing ideas for the further development of the team
• Integrating the psychological, social and pastoral care needs of patients and their relatives both during illness and dying and in the time afterwards

• Completed training as a nursing specialist (m/f/d)
• Responsible and empathetic interaction with our patients and their relatives
• Willingness for interdisciplinary cooperation
• Flexibility, teamwork and cooperation skills
• Creative ideas for the further development of optimal patient care
• Legally required proof against measles
