To strengthen our practice team in the polyclinic in Berlin, we are looking for you as soon as possible, also as a career changer, as a

MFA / medical assistant (m/f/d)

for the field of internal medicine / gastroenterology

full-time or part-time

• You are the first point of contact for our patients at the registration desk
• You will be responsible for coordinating patients by telephone and managing appointments
• You will ensure that the practice runs smoothly and contribute to the organization and optimization of internal processes
• You will support us in the preparation of examinations and treatments, assist with gastroscopies and colonoscopies after training and prepare our endoscopes so that you are always ready for use
• Administrative tasks such as maintaining patient files or documenting treatment procedures are also part of your job profile
• You will also provide support in billing management

• You have completed vocational training as an MFA / medical assistant (m/f/d), medical assistant (m/f/d) or equivalent training - lateral entry possible
• You have digital skills and experience in dealing with IT-supported processes
• You are characterized by an empathetic and patient-oriented way of working
• You enjoy teamwork and bring commitment, a sense of responsibility and diligence with you
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
