Ward Manager Psychiatry (m/f/d)

We are looking for a full-time Ward Manager (m/f/d) for our Psychiatry ward at the earliest possible date. A day shift as required is not excluded.

• Team leadership: You will lead, guide, advise and support your nursing team
• Process development: You work together with patients, the team and the nursing management on the further development of your ward and optimize operational processes
• Care planning: you plan, design and implement care in compliance with hospital-specific aspects and care standards
• Duty organization: you create duty rosters for your employees and take responsibility for their schedules
• Interface management: you act as the central contact person for the medical service and other professional groups
• Quality assurance: You will ensure legally compliant, quality-assuring documentation and controlling - including knowledge of PPP guidelines

• Completed training: You are a qualified nurse (m/f/d) in the field of healthcare and nursing
• Professional experience in the inpatient sector: Ideally, you have experience on a ward with a specialist mental health focus
• Leadership skills: You have completed further training to manage a ward - or are willing to participate in a management development program
• Cooperative management style: You lead in a goal-oriented, empathetic and team-oriented manner
• Strong communication skills: You impress with clear, collegial communication and a high level of social competence
