Assistant Physician General and Visceral Surgery (m/f/d)

• Implementation of diagnostic and surgical procedures in the field of general and visceral surgery in compliance with modern, evidence-based standards
• Participation in holistic patient-oriented care, including pre- and postoperative consultation, risk assessment and optimization of the perioperative course
• Planning, implementation and support of minimally invasive procedures (laparoscopy, robot-assisted surgery) as well as open surgeries, using current techniques and quality standards
• Collaboration in an interdisciplinary team (radiology, oncology, intensive care, emergency department) to develop individual treatment plans and optimize patient safety
• Participation in the organizational work of clinics and wards, teaching and supervision of physicians in further training as well as active participation in the design of processes to improve patient satisfaction and clinic experience

• Completed medical studies or license to practice medicine (m/f/d) or vascular/general/visceral surgery in advanced training or specialist recognition
• Several years of relevant clinical experience in general and visceral surgery, including independent execution of surgical procedures
• Very good knowledge of diagnostics, pre-, intra- and postoperative care, risk stratification and perioperative management
• flexibility, resilience and a sense of responsibility; Readiness for on-call duty / on-call duty and emergency care according to hospital needs
• Ability to work in a team, strong communication skills and interdisciplinary cooperation skills (radiology, oncology, intensive care, emergency room)
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
