We are looking for you to join our psychiatry department at the Helios Vogtland-Klinikum in Plauen as a nurse (m/f/d) as soon as possible.

• Professional and appropriate nursing care of patients in the protected psychiatric ward from a holistic and individual point of view
• Active participation in shaping the therapeutic environment and promoting a stable and safe ward atmosphere
• Conducting discussions and crisis intervention in the context of psychiatric care
• Carrying out treatment care and carefully observing and assessing the mental and somatic condition of patients
• Documenting all planned and implemented measures for patients and their individual effects
• Close interdisciplinary cooperation with all professional groups in a multi-professional team

• You have completed vocational training as an exam. Health and (pediatric) nurse or nursing specialist (m/f/d)
• Previous experience in psychiatric care, especially in a protected area, is desirable but not a prerequisite
• You are characterized by empathy, strong communication skills and a confident manner, even in challenging situations
• You have a high sense of responsibility, work in a team-oriented manner and maintain a professional approach to closeness and distance
• Identify with the values and goals of our company and be loyal to the team and the task at hand
• You have the legally required measles immunity certificate
