Consultant Strategic Medical Controlling / DRG Analyst (m/f/d)

As soon as possible, we are looking for you as a Consultant Strategic Medical Controlling / DRG Analyst (m/f/d) for the Southern Region as part of a part-time or full-time employment.

Optionally with offices in Wiesbaden, Erfurt, Munich or Müllheim.

• They analyze and interpret medical service and billing data and derive recommendations for action from this
• You will develop and maintain key figures, dashboards and reports for the strategic management of medical service processes
• You will identify optimization potential in coding, documentation and billing and actively participate in the further development of processes
• You will create performance and case analyses, benchmarks and simulations (e.g. complex treatments, intensive care indicators, MD ratios, case mix development)
• You will support stakeholders and medical controlling in strategic decisions and in the further development of reporting
• You will work closely with coding specialists, management, medical directorates, nursing, controlling and IT

• Completed studies in medical controlling, health economics, data/business analytics as well as several years of experience in the hospital environment, ideally in medical controlling/billing desirable
• In-depth knowledge of the DRG system, hospital financing and medical documentation processes
• Project and change competence: structured, assertive, service- and implementation-oriented; confident in dealing with stakeholders at all levels
• Confident use of analysis and reporting tools (e.g. Power BI, Excel, SQL)
• You are characterized by a friendly, communicative appearance, have a high degree of reliability, resilience and flexibility and enjoy working in an interdisciplinary team
• You have the legally required proof of immunization against measles
