MFA / Medical assistant (m/f/d)

full time

• Reception and care of patients Making appointments, organizing the practice schedule Accompanying and assisting in consultation hours, documentation of patient data Activities in the treatment room such as permanent catheter changes, bladder fillings, administration of infusions and dressing changes Scope of activities in a uro-oncological practice in the laboratory area such as blood sampling and syringe placement, as well as after training in the procedure room area such as mirroring of the bladder with preparation of the instruments afterwards You will also support us in the billing of health insurance and private doctors

• You have completed vocational training as an MFA / medical assistant (m/f/d), OTA (m/f/d), medical assistant (m/f/d) or equivalent training
• You are open to new things and enjoy continuously expanding your specialist knowledge with a willingness to qualify in the field of oncological assistance
• Ideally, you have knowledge of EBM billing or are open to acquiring this knowledge
• Professional competence, e.g. through previous training and experience specifically in the field of urology desirable
• Ability to work under pressure, reliability and flexibility, as well as a strong ability to work in a team
• You have a strong sense of responsibility and impress with your social skills and empathetic approach to patients
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
