MFA / Medical Assistant (m/f/d)

full-time

• You will be responsible for welcoming and caring for patients as well as managing appointments at the registration desk
• You will ensure that the practice runs smoothly and contribute to the organisation and optimisation of internal processes
• They accompany the consultation, assist with examinations and treatments and support activities in the treatment room such as indwelling catheter changes, bladder fillings, administration of infusions and dressing changes
• In our uro-oncological practice, you will also be involved in the laboratory (blood sampling and injections), as well as after training in the surgical room area for the endoscopy of the urinary bladder with preparation of the instruments afterwards
• You will also support us with statutory health insurance and private medical billing as well as administrative tasks, such as documenting patient data

• You have completed vocational training as an MFA / Medical Assistant (m/f/d), OTA (m/f/d), Medical Assistant (m/f/d) or equivalent training
• You are open to new things and enjoy the continuous expansion of your specialist knowledge with a willingness to qualify in the field of oncological assistance
• Ideally, you have knowledge of EBM accounting or are open to acquiring it
• Professional competence through e.g. Previous training and experience, especially in the field of urology, desirable
• Resilience, reliability and flexibility, as well as a strong ability to work in a team
• You have a high sense of responsibility and convince with your social skills and your empathetic approach to patients
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
