For our team of the general ward we are looking for

Health and nursing assistant / geriatric care assistant (m/f/d)

full-time or part-time

• Support/assumption of daily personal hygiene
• Implementation of simple physical therapy measures
• Medical control measures (e.g. measurement of pulse and/or blood pressure, fever control, monitoring of breathing)
• Transport and accompaniment of patients for medical treatment or medical examinations
• Support with food preparation and intake
• Implementation of hygienic measures Assistance in the organisation and documentation of care

• You are a health and nursing assistant / geriatric care assistant (m/f/d) and have completed one year of vocational training
• You enjoy working cooperatively and networked with all professional groups involved in the care of our patients
• You have a friendly and confident appearance and enjoy dealing with people
• Ability to work in a team and a sense of responsibility round off your profile
• As part of your job, you must participate in shift work (early, late and night shifts)
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles

The Helios Clinic for Cardiac Surgery Karlsruhe was founded in 1995 as a specialist cardiac surgery clinic and has 96 beds, of which 24 are intensive care beds and 16 are intermediate care beds. The operating room comprises 5 operating rooms, including a modern hybrid operating room for so-called TAVI (heart valve replacement therapy). With over 1800 procedures per year, the clinic is one of the largest specialist cardiac surgery clinics in Germany.
