Healthcare and nursing staff / geriatric nurse (m/f/d)

for our intensive care unit

• Care of ventilated patients

• Gradually planned weaning from ventilation, ensuring vital function, activating care and mobilization
• Care and nursing of patients requiring intensive care
• Assisting with the initial care of emergency patients and ongoing monitoring
• Operating intensive care equipment
• As part of your job, you will be required to work shifts (early, late and night shift)

• Completed vocational training as a health and nursing professional (m/f/d) or as a geriatric nurse (m/f/d)

• Professional experience in intensive care or IMC ward desirable
• You enjoy working cooperatively and in a networked manner with all professional groups involved in the care of our patients
• You have a modern understanding of the profession
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles

The Helios Clinic for Cardiac Surgery Karlsruhe was founded in 1995 as a specialist cardiac surgery clinic and has 96 beds, including 24 intensive care and 16 intermediate care beds. The operating theater comprises 5 operating rooms, including a modern hybrid operating room for so-called TAVI (heart valve replacement therapy). With over 1800 operations a year, the clinic is one of the largest specialist cardiac surgery clinics in Germany.
