  • "Onboarding" with structured induction by experienced specialists
  • You benefit from regular Crisis Resource Management (CRM) appointments in the anesthesiology simulator and the Helios online library with access to numerous eBooks and eJournals
  • Further training in many areas, including the achievement of DEGUM certification
