Resident in anesthesiology and intensive care medicine in advanced training (m/f/d)

• Performing anesthesia procedures in various specialties, such as vascular and visceral surgery, urology, plastic-aesthetic and hand surgery, orthopedics / trauma surgery and neurosurgery

• Participation in pre-operative patient care and education
• Active involvement in quality management and training measures and contributing to the further development of our clinic
• A proven further training concept - we will take you by the hand and guide you to specialist status
• Patient safety is our top priority! We use tried and tested concepts such as checklists, team time-out, enhanced recovery after surgery ("ERAS"), patient blood management, structured handover concepts ("SBAR"), M&M conferences and much more
• We've done it often enough, now it's your turn: we'll get you up to speed quickly and without "queuing" for anesthesiology skills such as
• Ultrasound-guided regional anesthesia, advanced monitoring, video laryngoscopy, epidural anesthesia, dilatation tracheostomies and much more

• "Onboarding" with structured induction by experienced specialists
• You benefit from regular Crisis Resource Management (CRM) appointments in the anesthesiology simulator and the Helios online library with access to numerous eBooks and eJournals
• Further training in many areas, including the achievement of DEGUM certification

• You are a doctor and have an interest in anesthesiology and intensive care medicine
