Assistant Physician Anesthesiology and Intensive Care Medicine in Advanced Training (m/f/d)

• Performing anaesthesia procedures in various specialist areas, such as vascular and visceral surgery, urology, plastic-aesthetic and hand surgery, orthopaedics / trauma surgery and neurosurgery
• Participation in preoperative patient care and education
• Active participation in quality management and training measures and contribution to the further development of our clinic
• A proven further training concept – we take you by the hand and guide you to becoming a specialist
• Patient safety is our top priority! We use proven concepts such as checklists, team time-out, enhanced recovery after-surgery ("ERAS"), patient blood management, structured handover concepts ("SBAR"), M&M conferences and much more
• We've done it often enough, now it's your turn: We'll make you fit quickly and without "queuing" for anesthesiological skills such as:
• Ultrasound-assisted regional anesthesia, advanced monitoring, video laryngoscopy, epidural anesthesia, dilation tracheostomies and much more
• We are a highly motivated team at eye level with a flat hierarchy, also interdisciplinary, regulated working hours and flexible duty rosters
• "Onboarding" with structured induction by experienced specialists
• You benefit from regular Crisis Resource Management (CRM) appointments in the anesthesiology simulator and the Helios online library with access to numerous eBooks and eJournals
• Further training in many areas, including the achievement of DEGUM certification

• You are a doctor and are interested in anesthesiology and intensive care medicine
• An empathetic attitude as the basis of medical conversations in dealing with our patients and their families
• Willingness to actively participate in an evolving clinic structure
• We are happy to have open-minded, reliable and flexible team players
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
