For our occupational therapy team at the Helios Clinic Leisnig, we are looking for full-time (38.5 hours/week) reinforcement as soon as possible.

• You will create individual therapy concepts for your predominantly geriatric patients and carry these out independently in individual and group therapies.
• You will use targeted occupational therapy measures to promote mobility, muscle strength and everyday skills and regularly check their effectiveness.
• You will document your treatments in a structured manner and write complete therapy reports.
• Your therapy services are geared towards the everyday needs of patients.
• You work closely with an interdisciplinary team of physiotherapists, speech therapists, doctors, nurses and ward assistants.
• You will contribute your expertise in weekly team meetings in order to coordinate joint therapy goals and measures for the patients.

• You have successfully completed training as a state-recognizedoccupational therapist.
• Ideally, you have initial professional experience in the field of occupational therapy - preferably in a somatic or geriatric environment.
• You work in a structured, patient-oriented manner and have organizational skills.
• You are a team player, able to work under pressure and flexible and appreciate working in a multi-professional team.
• You have a friendly and confident manner and enjoy working with people.
• You have the legally required proof of measles immunization.

The Helios Clinic Leisnig with 160 beds in the departments of anesthesia, intensive care, pain therapy & palliative care, surgery with the departments of visceral surgery, orthopedics and trauma surgery as well as vascular surgery, internal medicine & sleep medicine center with the department of acute geriatrics and early rehabilitation and a radiology institute and a central emergency outpatient clinic treats around 5,300 inpatients and 35,000 outpatients annually.

In addition, a medical care center with orthopaedic, gynaecological and radiological practices has been set up.

The Helios Clinic Leisnig is the emergency doctor location of the rescue association of the former districts of Döbeln, Leipziger Land and the Muldental district and is easily accessible between the cities of Leipzig, Dresden and Chemnitz on the A14 highway.
