We are looking for an experienced financial controller (m/f/d) for our Berlin-Zehlendorf site at the earliest possible date.

• Preparation and analysis of monthly and annual financial statements
• Preparation of business planning
• Preparation of regular reports and profitability analyses
• Continuation and further development of internal reporting
• Carrying out the annual InEK calculation and for various statutory reports (hospital statistics, nursing training fund, etc.)
• Carrying out contribution margin and investment calculations

• Degree in business administration or completion of comparable training

• At least two years of professional experience in hospital controlling or controlling in the healthcare sector
• Very good IT skills, in particular VBA Excel and SAP
• Above-average commitment and interest in developing innovative solutions
• High level of organizational skills and sense of responsibility
• Strong analytical thinking skills with a good understanding of numbers as well as a structured and results-oriented way of working
