We are looking for a nurse (m/f/d) or medical assistant (m/f/d) in the elective outpatient clinic and premedication at the Velbert location as soon as possible.

• Participation in outpatient activities, e.g. organisation and implementation of consultation hours
• Assumption of premedication tasks
• Administrative patient admission in our hospital information systems and maintenance of patient files
• General admission formalities and billing-related activities (e.g. checking the insurance relationship, concluding treatment and optional service contracts)
• Patient communication, e.g. appointment scheduling (on site, by phone, by e-mail)

• Completed vocational training as a nurse or medical assistant (m/f/d)
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Enthusiasm for new things, team spirit and a cooperative attitude
• Service orientation, friendliness and professionalism
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
