OP Manager (m/f/d)

As soon as possible, we are looking for you as an OP Manager (m/f/d) for the Helios Clinics in Schwerin.

In this function, the OR Manager (f/m/d) reports directly to the hospital's Board of Directors. The remuneration is non-tariff and includes a performance-related component.

• Controlling, ensuring and optimising needs-based and appropriate surgical planning as well as an efficient surgical process to enforce the agreed surgical goals.
• Provision and further development of key performance indicators, or OR process controlling and ensuring a continuous control system (OR reporting)
• Organization of daily OR operations and central communication and decision-making point for the daily OR schedule
• Further development of the OP statute as well as co-responsibility for budget controlling and implementation of optimization measures to comply with agreed budgets and article spectrums
• Organization and implementation of regular OR conferences and central contact person for all OP-related topics

• Completed specialist (f/m/d), alternatively completed commercial/nursing studies or comparable with many years of professional experience in OR management
• Experience in setting up and further developing OR management systems
• Knowledge of hospital operations and skills in organizational and process analysis
• Ability to work in a team, willingness to cooperate as well as strong communication and conflict resolution skills
• High level of initiative, organizational skills, assertiveness and sense of responsibility
• Confident handling of IT and hospital information systems
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
