For the Heart Center Leipzig - Department of Cardiac Surgery we are looking for a Physician Assistant (m/f/d) - permanent full-time (38.5 hours per week) at the earliest possible date.

• You will assist the medical service with special cardiac surgery measures in the context of diagnostics and therapy.

• You will carry out delegable medical activities independently.
• You will actively participate in the preparation of diagnoses and treatment plans.
• You will coordinate inpatient procedures and prepare discharge letters.
• You will monitor medically initiated therapies and work in an interdisciplinary manner with various departments in the clinic.
• You will provide support during emergency treatment and complex examinations and interventions and will be integrated into the medical duty program.

• You have completed training as a Physician Assistant (m/f/d) or Medical Assistant (m/f/d).

• Ideally, you already have some work experience in a clinical environment
• You have a high sense of responsibility, reliability and commitment.
• You are characterized by an independent and structured way of working.
• You enjoy working in a team and actively contribute with your communicative nature.
• You are willing to continuously develop your professional skills and work in a dynamic environment.

• A permanent employment contract with an annual bonus and 30 days' vacation

• Gross monthly salary: starting at around € 3,875, with several years of relevant training/professional experience up to € 6,401. The specific classification depends on qualifications and level of experience.
