We are looking for an MFA / Medical Assistant (m/f/d) for our clinic in Berlin-Buch from 01.01.2026.

• Coordination: Scheduling and organization in the inpatient and outpatient area of the Clinic for Hematology and Cell Therapy
• Preparation: Planning and coordination of examination appointments for patients
• Documentation: Creation and preparation of patient documents (information, doctor's letters, certificates)
• Assistance: preparation and support for interventions, e.g. punctures
• Tumor documentation: recording and maintaining relevant data as part of oncological documentation

• IT skills: Confident use of Office software (Outlook, MS Teams, Word, Excel) required
• Qualifications: Completed medical training (e.g. MFA, nurse (m/f/d)) necessary; previous knowledge in hematology/oncology desirable
• Experience: Professional experience in the organizational field is an advantage - for example in practice or ward organization
