We are looking for you as a Nursing Specialist (m/f/d) for the Elective Services Center at the Schwerinz site at the earliest possible date.

• You will work cooperatively on an interdisciplinary basis with our multi-professional team and other professional groups
• You will look after and care for our patients independently and will consider their individual needs at all levels in a holistic process
• You will carry out the digital care documentation correctly and conscientiously
• You are committed to implementing the expert standards, the action guidelines and the care concept of the ward
• You support and encourage our trainees and focus on the formulated learning objectives
• You are actively involved in the further development and design of your workplace

• You have completed vocational training as a registered nurse (m/f/d) or have a comparable 3-year qualification
• You are willing to work in a form of alternating shift system and are flexible in your work schedule
• You assume personal responsibility with professional competence and become effective in nursing care with a high level of quality awareness
• You place patients and their individual needs at the center of all activities
• You value interdisciplinary cooperation and see yourself as an active member of a multi-professional team
• You take part in further training to expand your specialist knowledge and skills
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
