At the earliest possible date, we are looking for you as a nursing specialist (m/f/d) for the interprofessional training ward P3.

• Promoting practical training and ensuring the quality of training
• Professional and pedagogical support for trainees
• Guiding trainees to act independently and problem-oriented
• Developing and supporting educational projects for trainees and medical students
• You will take responsibility for the design of your workplace, contribute your ideas and work on the further development of the team

• Completed vocational training in the field of nursing
• Several years of professional experience
• Enjoyment and experience in supervising trainees and a willingness to work in an interdisciplinary environment
• Strong organizational skills, ability to work in a team and empathy
• Willingness to undergo continuous and comprehensive further training
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
