MTR / Medical-Technical Radiology Assistant (m/f/d)

full-time or part-time

• After appropriate training, use in the entire diagnostic spectrum of radiology possible
• Assistance in radiology and neuroradiology interventions
• Planning, coordination and implementation of the examination procedures in interprofessional coordination with the doctors of the institute
• Varied work in radiology

• State recognition as MTR or completed vocational training as MTR (m/f/d) with proof of current expertise in radiation protection
• Independent way of working, ability to work in a team and interest in personal development
• Patient orientation, sense of responsibility and reliability
• Proof of complete vaccination against measles

The Institute of Diagnostic and Interventional Radiology and Neuroradiology (Director: Prof. Dr. Dr. Stephanie Tritt) offers medicine at the highest level and performs all common and innovative diagnostic and interventional procedures in radiology and neuroradiology. The radiology department is equipped with a 3T MRI and 1.5T MRI, two modern CTs (including spectral CT), 2-level and 1-level DSA, 2 fully digitized CR workstations, a mammography including VSB unit, each of the latest generation. In the new building of the clinic you can expect a completely modernized equipment park. In addition, there is a separate MTR school at the site and the Helios HSK Clinics are the teaching hospital of the Mainz University Medical Center.
