Trainees to become a nursing specialist (m/f/d)

• At school, you will learn all the important basics, such as recognizing the individual care needs of people of all ages

• In practice, you will be able to apply your theoretical knowledge directly in advising, supporting, guiding and caring for patients
• You will rotate between acute care, outpatient care, inpatient long-term care, pediatrics, psychiatry (outpatient) and elective areas
• You will work closely with the interdisciplinary team from various areas and gain important insights into diagnostics and therapies
• You will incorporate the latest findings from medicine and nursing science, prevention and rehabilitation
• You will find your future professional field in inpatient, outpatient or rehabilitative care or in long-term care

• A secondary school leaving certificate or an educational qualification recognized as equivalent

• An interest in care processes, reserved tasks and supporting patients and relatives
• Ability to work in a team, commitment and flexibility
• Proof of health suitability
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles

• A varied, three-year apprenticeship

• Trainee pay in accordance with TV Helios, 30 days' vacation and a VBB ticket or DB Deutschlandticket subsidy of your choice
• Teamwork in an open and trusting atmosphere
• Guidance and support from experienced nursing staff as mentors and practical instructors
