To strengthen our team at the Helios Klinikum at the Emil von Behring site in Berlin Zehlendorf , we are looking for several Occupancy Managers (m/f/d)

• Planning and coordination of available bed capacities in cooperation with the respective specialist departments
• Ensuring a smooth patient flow from admission to discharge
• Monitoring and controlling bed occupancy, taking into account hygiene regulations and medical urgency
• Collaboration with various specialist departments to optimize processes and reduce waiting times for patient admission
• Preparation of reports and evaluations on occupancy rates and utilization capacities

• Completed training as a nursing specialist, nursing assistant, geriatric nurse (m/f/d), emergency paramedic (m/f/d) or medical assistant (m/f/d)
• Professional experience in the hospital sector, preferably in the control of bed or capacity management
• Very good communication skills and reliability, as well as a high degree of organizational and planning competence
• Experienced with IT applications and hospital information systems
• Friendly demeanor, good communication skills, team spirit, initiative and commitment
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
