Senior physician (m/f/d)

• Senior physician patient care in the field of pediatric and adolescent medicine
• Responsible work in cooperation with an open-minded and competent team
• Care of children and adolescents in the outpatient and inpatient areas of the clinic
• Treatment of patients, from admission to diagnostics and discharge management

• German license to practice medicine and completed specialist training (m/f/d) in paediatrics and adolescent medicine
• Ideally the additional qualification in neonatology, further training already started can be completed here
• Enjoy general pediatric challenges and interdisciplinary collaboration with other specialist departments
• Willingness to participate in background duty
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles

In the clinic for children and adolescents at Helios Klinikum Pforzheim, around 3,200 children are treated as inpatients on 4 wards each year. The medical staffing plan comprises 1/3/12 positions. The Level 1 perinatal center provides medical care for more than 3,000 newborns from 3 maternity clinics. In addition, around 10,000 patients are treated in the emergency outpatient clinic and as day inpatients. There is close cooperation with the Clinic for Pediatric Surgery.
