For our Helios Clinic in Berlin-Buch, we are looking for you to join our team immediately as an Occupational Therapist Geriatrics (m/f/d).

• Therapy: Implementation of occupational therapy individual and group therapies
• Diagnostics: Independent implementation of well-founded occupational therapy diagnostics
• Counseling: Guidance and counseling of relatives in the therapy process
• Cooperation: Interdisciplinary exchange with all specialist areas involved

• Training: Completed vocational training as an occupational therapist (m/f/d)
• Working style: Independent, autonomous and reliable planning and implementation of therapies - in various areas

• Motivation: Enjoy working with people and therapeutic progress
• Team spirit: Ability to organize and enjoy interdisciplinary collaboration
• Proof: Proof of measles immunity required by law

• Attractive remuneration: You will be paid outside of the standard pay scale.
• Reliable duty planning: Duty roster is written 6 weeks in advance, no late shifts - fixed shifts from 07:00 or 09:00 (individual arrangement), part-time or full-time - mini-job or weekend-only shifts also possible.
• Flexible overtime: Services (4 hours each) on approx. 1-2 Saturdays/month and 1-2 Sundays/year (plus public holidays), overtime is credited to the hourly account and can be reduced on a daily basis if the duty roster is suitable.
• Professional freedom in treatment times: In contrast to normal practice operations, treatment takes place for 30 minutes in geriatrics - in this unit, therapists can work independently in terms of content in the interests of patient well-being.
• Flat hierarchies & open communication: Team leaders are always available - for suggestions, concerns or criticism - and can also be contacted after hours.
• Support & further training: tuition fees + time cover, structured further training catalog, regular further training for professional and personal development.
