To strengthen our practice team at the Medical Care Center at the Hildesheim site, we are looking for you as soon as possible as:

MFA / Medical Assistant (m/f/d)

full-time or part-time

• Telephone patient coordination and appointment management at the registration desk are part of your area of responsibility
• You will look after our patients before, during and after the consultation hours and take care of the preparation of the treatment rooms
• They act as physician assistants and assist with preparatory and follow-up work during examinations and treatments
• You will support us in the administration of our MVZs, for example in the billing of medical services according to EBM/GOÄ and UV-GOÄ

• You have completed vocational training as an MFA / medical assistant (m/f/d), medical assistant (m/f/d) or equivalent training
• You like to work in a highly motivated team in which you can rely on each other
• You have good manners and an empathetic approach to patients
• You have knowledge of MS Office and IT-supported processes
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
