Occupancy Management plans, coordinates and optimizes all planned and unplanned patient admissions and thus controls and schedules the optimal bed occupancy and patient utilization of the hospital.
Interdisciplinary admission, transfer and discharge management in multi-professional cooperation
Support in the planning of admissions and discharges as well as the management of length of stay
Design and implementation of the occupancy status and evaluation of effectiveness
Bed scheduling, taking into account economic and capacity-related aspects, as well as coordinating the admission and discharge of patients from the central emergency department and the intensive care unit
Process controlling and preparation of documentation and statistics as well as the further development and quality assurance of occupancy management
Successfully completed training as a nursing specialist (m/f/d) or medical assistant (m/f/d), ideally you already have professional experience in case management, occupancy management
Coordination, organization and planning are your hobbyhorse
Actively taking action and recognizing optimization potential are crucial for your role as an occupancy manager
You are characterized by strong communication skills and a portion of assertiveness
Legally required proof of immunization against measles
