With 630 beds, our hospital has 19 clinics and centers as well as two medical care centers. As a specialist care provider, we have a supra-regional care mandate. Every year, we treat over 30,000 inpatients and perform around 10,000 anesthesias in 9 modern operating theaters. Regional anesthesia is of great importance. Over 900 babies are born here every year.

The interdisciplinary intensive care unit with 38 beds is under anesthesiological management. Modern concepts such as PiCCO, IABP, CVVH, inhaled sedation and Impella are used.
