Senior Consultant Psychosomatic Medicine (m/f/d)

For our Helios Fachkliniken Hildburghausen, we are looking for a Senior Consultant (m/f/d) for our Clinic for Psychosomatic Medicine and Psychotherapy on a full-time or part-time basis as soon as possible.

• You will act as a permanent deputy to the head physician and work together with her, supporting and relieving her in cooperation with a multi-professional team consisting of other medical, nursing and therapeutic staff
• The clinic's range of treatments includes patients from the entire spectrum of psychosomatic medicine, psychotherapy with a focus on affective disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma disorders and personality disorders
• Treatment services in this area include a protected area for suicidal patients, a psychotherapy area and specialized therapy areas for the treatment of personality disorders and trauma disorders
• You are jointly responsible for the training of subordinate staff, supervise the medical assistants, advise the therapists and nursing staff
• You participate in the treatment of patients in the outpatient clinic and on the wards. You will actively attend internal and external training events at the clinic
• You will also take part in the on-call service

• Specialist (m/f/d) in psychosomatic medicine and psychotherapy with relevant professional experience
• A high level of responsibility and the ability to inspire and motivate employees
• Personality with a high level of professional and social competence who contributes to the continuous development of our patient-oriented care
• High level of integration through collegial management style and professional authority, initial management experience desirable
• Economic thinking and acting in line with medical and operational requirements
• Enjoy working in a friendly and collegial team
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
