For our Helios Specialist Clinics Hildburghausen, we are looking for a Senior Physician (m/f/d) for our Psychiatric Day Clinic and Institute Outpatient Clinic in Suhl in full-time or part-time (at least 30 hours/week) as soon as possible.

• Medical director of our psychiatric day clinic with psychiatric institute outpatient clinic in Suhl
• Participation in the continuous development of our high-quality patient-oriented care
• Close cooperation with doctors in private practice and further care facilities
• Participation in on-call duty
• If necessary, senior physician replacement in one of the three other psychiatric day clinics in Sonneberg, Meiningen and Ilmenau

• Above-average qualification as a specialist (m/f/d) in psychiatry and psychotherapy or neurologist (m/f/d), for whom, in addition to professional authority, close cooperation with doctors in private practice, economic thinking and acting, cross-departmental organizational understanding and a cooperative management style are a matter of course
• Professional authority and many years of professional and management experience
• Ability to work in a team, ability to work under pressure and flexibility
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles

• A very interesting and challenging area of responsibility with non-tariff remuneration including an annual bonus agreement as well as a company pension scheme
• Funding and financial participation in further education and training
