For our Helios Fachkliniken Hildburghausen, we are looking for a Senior Physician (m/f/d) for our Psychiatric Day Clinic and Institute Outpatient Clinic in Suhl at the earliest possible date.

• Medical management of our psychiatric day clinic with psychiatric institute outpatient clinic in Suhl
• Participation in the continuous further development of our high-quality patient-oriented care
• Close cooperation with registered doctors and other care facilities
• Participation in the on-call service
• If necessary, senior physician representation in one of the three other psychiatric day clinics in Sonneberg, Meiningen and Ilmenau

• Above-average qualifications as a specialist (m/f/d) in psychiatry and psychotherapy or neurologist (m/f/d), for whom, in addition to professional authority, close cooperation with practicing physicians, economic thinking and acting, cross-departmental organizational understanding and a cooperative management style are a matter of course
• Professional authority and many years of professional and management experience
• Ability to work in a team, resilience and flexibility

• A very interesting and challenging area of responsibility with remuneration not covered by collective agreements, including an annual bonus agreement and a company pension scheme

  Support and financial participation in further education and training

• The Helios PlusCard: supplementary insurance financed by Helios with, among other things, optional treatment by a doctor of your choice if you are hospitalized in one of our acute clinics
• A responsible job in an interdisciplinary, collegial and professional team
• Participation of the hospital with an allowance of € 80.00 per month towards the childcare costs of our employees' children who are not of school age

The Helios Fachkliniken Hildburghausen, with around 700 employees, includes the Clinic for Neurology, the Clinics for Psychiatry and Psychotherapy, the Clinic for Psychosomatic Medicine and Psychotherapy, the Clinic for Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, Psychosomatics and Psychotherapy, the Clinic for Forensic Psychiatry and Psychotherapy and a facility for the disabled with 50 places.

The Suhl day clinic is one of four external day clinics of our clinic in southern Thuringia. It is very well connected to the highway. Hildburghausen and Coburg are around 35 minutes away, Bamberg and Nuremberg are an hour and a half away respectively. The town of Suhl has all secondary schools, sufficient daycare facilities and offers an attractive range of leisure activities.
