Our surgical team at the Emil von Behring site in Berlin-Zehlendorf is growing - that's why we are looking for you as a Central OR Specialist (m/f/d) - especially OTA, nursing staff or medical assistant (m/f/d)

• Professional care and care of patients before, during and after surgical procedures - with empathetic, safe handling.
• Active participation in diagnostic and therapeutic measures in the surgical and perioperative area.
• Organisation, preparation and follow-up of operations, including material and equipment management in accordance with current standards.
• Ensuring and controlling hygiene, quality and safety standards throughout the entire work area – for the highest level of patient safety.
• Interdisciplinary cooperation with doctors, nursing and functional services as well as other professional groups for optimal care and process coordination.
• Careful documentation and administrative activities to ensure seamless patient care and process reliability.

• Completed training as a nurse, nursing assistant, medical assistant or surgical assistant
• Sense of responsibility, empathy and team spirit
• Enjoyment of working in an interdisciplinary environment
• Willingness to work in shifts
• Safe application of hygiene guidelines and quality standards
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
