We are looking for you as soon as possible at our Helios Clinic in Plauen as Senior Physician Ophthalmology (m/f/d)

• As a senior physician (m/f/d), you will be responsible for organizational and administrative tasks that are necessary for the smooth operation of the clinic
• You will lead the field of ophthalmology organizationally and professionally with the support of an experienced and committed nursing team
• Use of the best equipment to cover the entire spectrum of ophthalmology
• Professionally, scientifically and organizationally competent contact person for assistants/specialists (m/f/d) and the nursing team
• Assumption of tasks in the further education and training of assistant physicians (m/f/d) and in quality assurance
• High level of commitment to training events, conferences and information events

• You are a specialist in ophthalmology and are fully familiar with the diagnostic methods of ophthalmology
• You are a professionally experienced, highly motivated personality with a patient-oriented and cooperative working style and enjoy training employees
• They have a surgical catalog with at least 1000 operations, 500 of which are intraoperative procedures in the anterior and posterior segment
• Her work is characterized by interdisciplinary, collegial thinking and acting
• Strong social skills as well as a respectful and empathetic approach to the expectations and needs of patients and their environment
• You attach particular importance to a sense of responsibility, the ability to work in a team and good cooperation with other specialist areas in the company
