Your tasks:

• Responsibility for service phases 6 and 7 of our individual construction projects in the healthcare sector
• Preparation of tenders for subcontractor services, taking into account economic and technical objectives
• Supporting or independently leading contract award negotiations
• Working closely with our planners and project and construction managers
• Implementation and monitoring of public and restricted tenders
• Coordination with the project teams and integration of work results

What you bring with you:

• Successfully completed engineering studies, e.g. in architecture or civil engineering, or comparable technical training with professional experience
• Practical experience on the construction site is a plus
• Ideally, you have several years of professional experience in tendering and awarding contracts
• Experience in hospital construction is an advantage, but not a requirement
• You have very good MS Office skills and experience in using relevant tendering software, ideally ORCA
• You are characterized by good organizational skills, ability to work in a team, independent working style and commitment
