At Helios Klinikum Duisburg, we are offering you a full-time position as an employee for payroll accounting (m/f/d) at the earliest possible date.

• Processing personnel cases from recruitment to departure and advising specialists and managers on personnel matters
• Responsibility for preparing payroll accounting for a defined group of employees, taking into account tax and social security aspects via LOGA
• Preparation of contracts, contract amendments and works council hearings
• Ensuring the reporting and certification system and assisting with company audits
• Assistance with year-end activities
• Personnel administration tasks including support for the digital personnel file and assistance with other personnel projects as required

• Completed commercial training and/or qualified further training in human resources
• Experience in personnel administration, preferably with experience in payroll accounting
• Knowledge of labor, wage tax and social security law
• Confident handling of MS Office and an advantage in time management systems
• Careful and independent way of working and enjoy working in a team
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
