For the start of training on 01.10.2025 for our Helios Clinic at the Pforzheim site, we are looking for you as

Trainee as Anaesthesia Technical Assistant (m/f/d)

• The future ATAs (m/f/d) should become familiar with the diverse tasks in the anaesthesia service through the training and acquire the special knowledge, skills and behaviour required to fulfil these tasks
• The theoretical training (approx. 1,900 hours) takes place in a block system at an ATA school, the Academy of District Clinics Reutlingen. You will then apply what you have learned in a targeted manner in your wide-ranging practical assignments. The practical training (approx. 3,300 hours) is taught in a rotation procedure at the Helios Clinic Pforzheim. You will work with state-of-the-art medical equipment and can look forward to a friendly and helpful team
• As an ATA, you will be involved in the preparation, accompaniment and aftercare of anesthesia and will assist our patients on their way to the recovery room
• You will learn the correct reprocessing and disposal of anesthesia materials
• You will learn the professional and appropriate handling of medical devices and materials

• For a successful start to the training as an anesthesia technical assistant (m/f/d), it is best to have a completed secondary school diploma or the Abitur with you
• Alternatively, we also recognise a lower secondary school leaving certificate in conjunction with completed vocational training
• In addition, we require a nursing internship of at least two weeks in an acute care hospital. Initial insights into anesthesia are desirable
