Manager Sustainability Reporting (m/f/d)

We are looking for an experienced editor, comfortable in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders. You have a strong interest in sustainability topics. You will work in a highly motivated, international team that is driven by the ambition to shape the sustainable future of Fresenius Medical Care.

• Responsible for the project management and independent drafting of the English non-financial report (content alignment, drafting, translation and proofreading), including implementing new sustainability reporting requirements
• Managing of editorial content creation of target group-specific content for internal and external channels (e.g. website, intranet, engagement formats) in close collaboration with Corporate Communications team
• Managing of service providers and agencies, and responsible for ensuring close alignment and communication with internal stakeholders (e.g. during audits, material assessments)
• Creation of content for ESG ratings and investor communication
• Timely response to sustainability-related inquiries and stakeholder dialogue

• University degree communications and/or journalism, or related qualification

Experience, Skills & Attributes:

• Relevant professional experience in editing/communication in English, ideally experience in communicating sustainability-related topics
• Proven experience in journalistic writing, report writing or similar experience
• Knowledge of the regulatory requirements for sustainability reporting and disclosure is a plus
• Strong Project Management skills to efficiently and effectively manage within a global organization and diverse stakeholders
• Very good interpersonal and intercultural skills, strong team player
• Highly process-oriented, structured with attention to detail
• Goal-oriented way of working in an environment of known, new and changing work processes
• Service readiness, ability to work on different tasks at the same time, professionalism
• Very good skills in MS Office; Experience with project management software
• Fluency in the English language (spoken and written) is required. Highly Proficient/Excellent oral and written language skills in German is desirable.
