Don’t worry. We know that this is one of your first applications. Nevertheless, please bear a few points in mind:
Your application documents should be complete. In the checklist you will see what documents we would like to have from you.
Ensure that your application is in good order and please avoid spelling mistakes. Get someone you trust, such as your parents, to read over your application.
Your cover letter should set out what your qualities are and should explain what you, in particular, have to offer to Fresenius.
Your résumé should highlight your particular knowledge and experience, such as language courses or trips abroad.
The recruitment test: Your chance to make a fresh start
See the test in a positive light. It is not a barrier, rather it is another opportunity to achieve your professional goals.
Bear in mind that the test will examine mathematics, German, general knowledge and logical thinking as well as job-specific knowledge. Research this knowledge to become familiar with it.
Prepare for the test, read advice on the aptitude test and train for tasks in test-training books.
During the test, do not spend too long on one task. If you cannot think of the answer immediately, continue with the test and return to that task later.
The interview: Put your best foot forward
Ensure that you report to your interview on time and that you are dressed appropriately. You do not need to appear overdressed, but nor should you be too casual. What is important is that you feel comfortable, while at the same time showing us that you are taking the interview seriously.
Stay relaxed and be yourself. We are interested in you and would like to get to know you as a person.
Find out about Fresenius before the first interview. You can do this here or on our company website.
During the interview, you should stress once again why you, in particular, are a good fit for Fresenius.
Don’t be afraid to ask questions relating to your future professional training or your future cooperative university program, and prove your commitment to us.
Tell us what you want to achieve in your professional life.
