Tips for completing the online application

The information provided below will help you with any questions you may have about completing your online application. Please note:

  • You can use the navigation bar at the top of the application form to move through the individual pages of the form as you desire.
  • All mandatory fields are marked with an asterisk (*) and these must be completed in order to submit the application.
  • Any mandatory fields that are left incomplete are marked with a red exclamation mark (!) in the navigation bar.
  • After a page of the form has been completed, please click on "Save & Continue" in the lower-right corner to go to the next page. Your application will then be automatically saved (but not submitted) and checked to confirm that all fields have been filled in correctly.
  • Multiple entries are possible for certain fields (e.g. Studies, Internship, etc.). A corresponding button can be found under the input fields.

We have intentionally kept the online application form brief so that the application process is as easy as possible for you. However, the attachments section allows you to upload larger files in order to provide us with further information about your references and your personal experience, qualifications and significant achievements.

1. Personal information

Please enter your personal information and the contact details that we can use to reach you throughout the application process.

If you are applying for a training position, please provide additional information about your education, as well as your foreign language and IT skills.

Hold down the CTRL key to select multiple entries.

To select all entries, hold down the shift key and highlight the first and last entry.

2. Attachments

To complete your application, please attach your cover letter and résumé. You can also upload all documents relevant to your application, such as references or certificates.

File formats

Please ensure that your application documents are in one of the following file formats: pdf, doc, xls, ppt, pps, rtf, txt, odt, ods, odp, jpg, gif, png or bmp. Each file should be no larger than 20 MB.

Submit your application

You can now preview your completed application. From this view, you can either submit your application or use the navigation bar to return to the form to make changes.

After your application has been successfully submitted, you will receipt a confirmation of receipt by email.
