As soon as possible, we are looking for you as Deputy Ward Manager (m/f/d) for our Ward 7 of Helios Klinik Leezen GmbH.

• Administrative activities within the framework of the management function as well as the design of the duty roster
• Ensuring qualified patient care in close cooperation with the interdisciplinary team
• Promotion of an open and constructive error culture
• Measures to analyse and guarantee the achievement of all nursing quality objectives
• Ensuring the implementation of the company and clinic goals in your area of responsibility

• You have completed vocational training as a nurse (m/f/d) or have a comparable 3-year qualification
• You are responsible and empathetic in dealing with our patients and employees
• They have the ability to motivate employees and inspire them to embrace change
• You are willing to work in a 3-shift system
• You appreciate interdisciplinary cooperation and see yourself as part of a team
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
