Als Device Test Specialist (m/w/d) stellen Sie die Konformität und Fehlerfreiheit unserer Compounding Devices sicher. Sie konzipieren, automatisieren und führen funktionale sowie technische Tests durch. In dieser Rolle leisten Sie einen entscheidenden Beitrag zur Qualität von Hard‑ und Software in einem regulierten Umfeld.
Das sind Ihre Aufgaben:
- Im Schwerpunkt durchführen qualitätsgerechter Geräteendprüfungen für Compounding Devices gemäß Spezifikation
- Konzipieren, automatisieren und durchführen von funktionalen und technischen Tests für Compounding Devices
- Prüfen von Hard‑ und Softwarefunktionen nach Prüfanweisung, SOPs und Arbeitsanweisungen
- Dokumentieren aller Prüfergebnisse gemäß internen Qualitäts‑ und regulatorischen Vorgaben
- Identifizieren von Abweichungen und unterstützen bei der systematischen Fehlerursachenanalyse
- Mitwirken an der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Prüfprozessen und Testabläufen
- Erstellen und pflegen von Prüf‑, Test‑ und Validierungsdokumentationen
- Sicherstellen der Einhaltung lokaler SOPs, Arbeitsanweisungen und interner Richtlinien
- Beachten geltender gesetzlicher Vorgaben, Normen, Standards und regulatorischer Anforderungen
Das zeichnet Sie aus:
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in Produktion, technischem Service oder V&V (Verification & Validation)
- Erfahrung in der Durchführung und Dokumentation von Funktions‑ und Endprüfungen technischer Systeme
- Sicherer Umgang mit Prüfprotokollen, technischen Spezifikationen und SOPs
- Kenntnisse in der elektrischen Sicherheitsprüfung
- Erfahrung in der Medizintechnik sowie im QA‑Umfeld wünschenswert
- Gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office
- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Eigenständige, strukturierte und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Organisationstalent, schnelle Auffassungsgabe und Teamfähigkeit
- Entscheidungsfähigkeit sowie interdisziplinäre Fachkompetenz (Software, Elektronik, Mechanik, QM)
