Intensive Care Nurse (m/f/d)

• Professional implementation of basic and treatment care after the nursing process
• Patient monitoring and control
• Implementation of medically initiated measures
• Appreciative communication and cooperation with patients and all professional groups
• Computer-supported nursing documentation

• Completed training as a nurse
• Professional experience in health and nursing, ideally with experience in intensive care
• Knowledge of the care of patients with acute illnesses, pathophysiology and extensive medication science (mode of action, calculation)
• Mastery of the measures in the context of resuscitation
• Commitment, resilience and a sense of responsibility
• Acceptance of flexible working hours
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles

The Helios Clinic Bad Saarow is a hospital of qualified standard care and, with 629 beds, is one of the most modern and largest clinics in the region. 19 specialist departments, three institutes, a central emergency room, a central laboratory and various certified centres enable a comprehensive range of state-of-the-art diagnostics and innovative therapies.

The Clinic for Anaesthesiology, Intensive Care Medicine and Pain Therapy and the Central Emergency Department/Emergency Medicine are structured according to the four pillars of the specialist area (AINS). The intensive care unit consists of two interdisciplinary intensive care units with a total of 42 beds, including a weaning unit. We are the Brandenburg ECMO center (vv and va-ECMO including pick-up service) and participate in the SepNet as a productive and successful study center. Palliative care concepts are an integral part of care. Both intensive care units are operated in a shift system with an interdisciplinary medical presence under intensive care and anesthesiology management. The clinic ensures in-hospital emergency care and care for critically ill patients who come to the hospital via the Central Emergency Room and participates in the rescue service.
