To strengthen our team at the accredited Institute for Microbiology in Berlin-Buch, we are now looking for you as an

MTLA / Medical-technical laboratory assistant (m/f/d) or BTA / Biological-technical assistant (m/f/d) in the field of microbiology

full-time or part-time

• You will carry out diagnostics for hospitals and outpatient facilities with computerized order entry and results documentation in MLab (Dorner)
• You will carry out sample processing according to the specifications of the QM system
• You will prepare cultures of all microbiological samples
• Your tasks also include processing positive blood cultures and microscopy
• You will carry out stool antigen tests (DSX, Dynex)
• You will be responsible for equipment care and maintenance, ensuring that our equipment is always ready for use
• You will work in a two-shift system as well as on weekends and public holidays

• Successfully completed vocational training as an MTLA / medical-technical laboratory assistant (m/f/d) or BTA / biological-technical assistant (m/f/d) or shortly before graduation
• Ideally, you have gained some work experience, but this is not essential - career starters are welcome
• You enjoy working in a team and have a precise and careful way of working
• You are characterized by a high degree of responsibility, reliability and commitment
• Willingness to work weekends and public holidays
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles

• A full-time or part-time position with an attractive basic salary and a vacation entitlement of 30 vacation days above the standard pay scale
