Senior physician anesthesia (m/f/d)

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a senior physician for anesthesia (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

• You will work closely with the head physician and have responsibility in the management team of the anesthesiology clinic and take part in anesthesiology front and background services
• Interdisciplinary cooperation with medical colleagues and other professional groups with the aim of ensuring the best possible patient well-being
• You will dedicate yourself to the holistic anesthesiological care of our patients with enthusiasm and personal responsibility
• You will help shape the further development of the clinic and functional department with your own ideas
• By guiding and supervising junior doctors (m/f/d), you will support our junior staff
• You will be actively involved in the development of treatment concepts and the further development of quality standards

• You have completed specialist training in the field of anesthesia and already have extensive experience
• You have additional training in intensive care medicine and emergency medicine and experience in the emergency services and in a managerial position in an intensive care unit would be an advantage
• You are proficient in the necessary diagnostic techniques and treatment principles of your specialist area and have a high level of social competence and maintain a respectful and empathetic approach to patients and their relatives
• Business management thinking and actions are a matter of course for you
• You enjoy working with other professional groups and colleagues from other specialist areas and the further development and optimization of processes
• Legally required proof of measles
