Become part of our cardiology team at the Leipzig Heart Center and take on a responsible key role in the echo laboratory.

We are looking for you as a full-time or part-time nurse / nurse / geriatric nurse / nurse / medical assistant (MFA) / medical technologist for functional diagnostics (MT-F / MTA-F) (m/f/d) as soon as possible

in the function of Echo Nurse (m/f/d)

• After extensive induction or further training, you will be responsible for the independent performance and qualified diagnosis of transthoracic echocardiography (TTE) under medical supervision
• They assist with cardiological, diagnostic and interventional examinations
• You will provide comprehensive care for your patients before, during and after the examinations
• You will be responsible for preparing patients and for the professional operation of the ultrasound devices, including image acquisition and documentation
• They carry out ultrasound examinations under medical supervision and support their medical colleagues in the echo laboratory
• They work closely and across professional groups within the interdisciplinary team to ensure a high quality of examination and treatment

• You have completed vocational training as a nurse / medical assistant / medical technologist for functional diagnostics or a comparable degree
• You have several years of professional experience, ideally in cardiological functional diagnostics
• You are characterized by an organized and independent way of working
• Your strengths include reliability, flexibility as well as teamwork and communication skills
• You have a willingness to learn and a sense of duty
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
