We are looking for you as Head of Patient Management at the Helios Prevention Center DKD in Wiesbaden in the Medical Check-up department.

• Communication and individual performance advice with executives of companies and private patients
• Scheduling of check-up days and optimization of appointment utilization including coordination, organization and management of appointments as well as customer service, documentation and reporting
• Preparation of quantitative sales forecasts and demand analyses as well as business responsibility for invoicing
• Optimization of cross-departmental business processes and digital transformation of operational processes
• Planning, implementation and optimization of in- and outsourcing
• Support for external partners such as cooperation practices and service providers

• Completed studies in the field of health economics/health management/business administration are an advantage, but not a must
• Ideally, professional experience in administrative work within a medical facility - especially in the coordination of outpatient processes - is an advantage, but not a must
• Confident handling of MS Office - especially Microsoft Excel and Word
• An independent and careful way of working and a strong hands-on mentality and stress resistance
• Good communication skills and the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics and find solutions
• Legally required proof of measles immunization
