Deputy Head (m/f/d) Medical Device Reprocessing

We are looking for a Deputy Manager (m/f/d) for our reprocessing unit for medical devices at our location in Dachau as soon as possible on a full-time and permanent basis.

Your tasks:

• Support in the planning of human resources (duty planning, time recording, etc.)
• In the case of replacement, conducting job interviews and deciding to hire new employees as well as assisting in the preparation of employment references
• Assistance in the organization and/or implementation of training/induction of new employees
• Compliance and monitoring of occupational health and safety
• Monitoring and compliance with processes for the proper and professional reprocessing of reusable medical devices

What you bring to the table:

• Qualification as a specialist (m/f/d) for medical devices FMA DGSV or qualification in the specialist course II according to the guidelines of the German Society for Sterile Goods Supply (DGSV) or willingness to complete the FK II
• Endoscopy course and DGSV validation course desirable
• Professional experience in a similar position desirable
• Leadership and social skills as well as motivation
• Willingness to undergo further education and training
